  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as intimate apparel, yoga pants, face masks, or gift cards, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. How to Return or Exchange Your Item(s)

If your item is eligible for return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for the return or exchange

Step 2: Get a Return Authorization

Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns or exchanges without a valid RA number will not be processed.

Step 3: Ship the Item(s) Back

After receiving your RA number, pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and ship them back to us at the following address:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Step 4: Inspecting and Processing the Return

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. If the items are in original condition, we will proceed with the following:

  • Refund: A refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping charges.

  • Exchange: If you requested an exchange, we will ship your new item(s) once we have received the returned items.

Refunds or exchanges may take up to 7-10 business days to process after we receive the returned item.


3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

4. Exchanges
